All discounts offered through our various partners are only valid with proof of a sceduled party with that partner. You will be requested to provide the venue, party date and time, as well as the name in which the party is scheduled under so that we have the option of confirming a scheduled party. Unless you specify otherwise in your order, we will deliver party bags to the venue the day of your scheduled party.

All discounts offered through our coupon program (you receive a discount coupon from a partner to use towards your order) are given at the time an order is placed. If you do not provide your discount code (which is sequential and good for one time use only), we will not be able to provide the discount offered unless you have not been charged or you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. You may be asked to provide the paper coupon received.

All party bags are non-returnable. Please order the # actually needed. If you decide to return unused party bags, you will not receive a refund for the portion you return.

Cancellations for non-customized party bags must be received at least 7 days prior to the requested date for a full refund. Cancellations received after the 7 day minimum will incur a 25% restock fee. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience however, as we are a home-based business, we keep a limited stock.

Cancellations for customized party bags must be received at least 10 days prior to the requested date and are subject to a 35% restock fee if cancellation is received after the 10 day minimum.

No cancellations will be accepted if the party bags have been shipped or, if being delivered, 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Any deference from predetermined party bags is considered a custom party bag order request.

Clearance items and other sale items are non-refundable. You cannot cancel these orders once they are placed.

If we are unable to deliver your party bags due to scheduling or because you are out of our service area, we will ship your bags to you using the most economical shipping method that is traceable and that will ensure delivery by the date you request. Shipping charge will be charged via the payment method selected but will never exceed 15% of the total cost of your order.

If your bags are delivered late as a result of the carrier or are damaged in transit, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping lable to return your bags to us at our expense and will give you a 100% refund on your purchase (including any shipping costs charged).

Orders in which payment method selected is cashier's check or money order will not be shipped/delivered until the cashier's check or money order has cleared our bank.
